A Marker can change your Life...

This is the funniest advertisement i have ever seen, but somehow real and true... It shows the importance of the vermillion mark in Indian tradition which remains with the feminine structure as long as her husband is alive. In India, chudiyaan, sindur, mangalsutra, mehndi are taken as the symbols of a married women.

Indian husbands put or place kumkum or sindur on the forehead of their wives which ensure the long life of their husbands. The mark on the forehead also shows the divinity and the trust of the women on her that until she is alive the mark will remain with them and nurture her spouse's family. The ad showcases the permanency of the permanent marker and is considered as the vermillion mark which defines the feminine strength even in the 'clouds of sorrow'.

And if you remember the famous dialogue from Bollywood movie Om Shanti Om, "ek chutki sindur ko keemat tum kya jaano ramesh baabu???"  But the mark has the strength and power to revive one's life because 'A Marker can change your life'...

Glycodin... Khansi ki chhutti!!!

Glycodin... After hearing it, the first thing strikes in our mind is the cough syrup. Isn't it??? The ultimate cough syrup which helps us in curing cough. The advertisement which was made for the promotion of the product but in my opinion it doesn't worth for the promotion. As the ad doesn't showing any relevance to the cough syrup. Coughing is a serious issue which may cause Tuberculosis (T.B.) if it will be more than three weeks. And a serious issue is taken up as a comic one.

A baby can't be named after coughing. Its more unpredictable than comedy. How can a baby be named after coughing, its more often looks like a mixture of superstitions and dumbness of the people.

As i stated, the product demands more specific ad than a comic one.

Something... I don't know before...

I never used to believe in dreams until i met you. You are my dream come true. Caring; loving; warm and gentle. You are like my very own angel. I cooked up a special breakfast for you. You might be really excited what is on the menu? Come here i'll tell you: warm thoughts, soft kisses and sunny smiles and all rolled up in a cozy hug. Listen! I want to tell you something if there ever comes a day when we cannot be together, keep me in your heart; i will stay there forever. I love you every second of every day of my life, it's still not enough to show you how much i love you deep within my heart.

Hey! When times are cloudy for me and no sunshine there seems to be. You take away my greys with your very special ways. Thankyou for always being there for me. Don't you worry at all "we may not have it all together but together we'll have it all."

My world has become much more beautiful ever since you become a part of it. And I love it! Sometimes even if the sun refused to shine; even if romance ran out of rhyme; you would be the first and the last one what still have my heart until the end of time.  You are all i needed, my love. We never had what we like, we never like what we have, still we live, love & hope that someday we will get what we like or like what we have. I may not say it too often; but i hear it always with every beat of my heart- "I LOVE YOU." You mean so much to me.

" Open yourself to lust and joy, to the wonders of daily life and nature. Don't close your door to love. If you remain superficial, you'll never reaches its depth..."

See the new face...

Making a Difference

Aayug Foundation (NGO)

AAYUG Foundation (Age Awareness for You and Unsound Generation) is an Indian Non Government Organization that catalyses change in the lives of under privileged children and unsound generation by Education and Awareness in India by restoring their rights of education.

It enables people to take responsibility for the situation of the deprived Indian children. It also motivates them to confront the situation through collective action thereby giving the child and themselves an opportunity to realize their full potential. The meaning of Aayug foundation (AAYU + YUG) is changing young generation by education and awareness.

Aayug not only focuses on the youth and their education but also on slum kids who are deprived of education and have the desire to study. They want the underprivileged kids and youth to equip themselves with basic education and awareness about the society.“We want to make an impact on the society by educating and creating awareness among the underprivileged,” said President of Aayug, Manish Verma.

Aayug, started five years ago to work on the social issues and to make a difference to the society.  However, not renown in the society, Aayug has its focus and goals set. “I got to know about this NGO and have been working for it for the past two years now. It feels great to contribute something to the society by teaching the underprivileged,” said Monica, one of the volunteers. It not only provides basic education to the youth and the children but also provides books and clothes to the ones who cannot afford them.

Aayug has also contributed in the AIDS awareness by collaborating with National AIDS Control Organization, NACO by making two advertisements and one short film for AIDS awareness.  “There is too much poverty in our country and if my one initiative could change the lives of few, then why not?” said Manish.

Aayug also gives these underprivileged children classes on animation and computers and give impart them importance of education. Besides education and AIDS, Aayug also focuses on child labour and organize many awareness programmes on child labour and other social issues.

Aayug , being an independent NGO,without any help from the government is surely creating a difference to the society in its best possible way.
